1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags, certificates (for jewelry), and manuals (for massagers) intact.

2. Return Timeframe
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. We believe this provides ample time to verify the quality of your product while ensuring a swift process for our team.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom/Personalized Jewelry: Items made to order or specifically resized for you.

Items on Clearance: Products sold during specific "Final Sale" events.
5. Exchange Options
If you would like to exchange your product (e.g., for a different jewelry design), please contact us within the 7-day window. The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking).

Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details to process a manual bank transfer once the return is approved.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error, Elora Pure will cover all shipping costs.

Customer Preference: For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We can assist in scheduling a pickup via our logistics partner, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
