  • Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree). For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made at the time of physical delivery.

  • We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. However, Elora Pure does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

  • Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or the natural variations in fine metals and stones.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  • If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to most pin codes across India.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Elora Pure is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, extreme weather, or public holidays.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

Elora Pure shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
